Kids 8 Brocades Qi Gong and Meditation Class

Kids 8 Brocades Qi Gong & Meditation Class

This class is designed to help assist our children and their parents (optional), with different techniques to assist in their well-being. Qi Gong is great to help open up our meridians, releasing the blockages that are kept locked deep within cellular memory. Gentle movements are created to clear the blockages within, so we can feel happy and healthy in our day to day lives. Children love to be exposed to different healing modalities, and incorporating the meditation is a good practice and habitual pattern that can be created early on in life. In hopes that we will utilize these tools in our everyday live as we grow. Please come in the side door and walk in downstairs.

When: Fridays 6:30pm-7:30pm starting

May.31st- June.28th with no class on June. 21st, 2019

Community Acupuncture (NADA PROTOCOL)

Community Acupuncture (NADA PROTOCOL)

Hello everyone,

I’am excited to announce and offer you an opportunity to connect with the NADA Protocol! For those of you who don’t know what NADA stands for, it’s National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. A Acupuncturist practitioner by the name of Michael Smith, was the founder, his vision was to create a community to support those going through stress, trauma and addictions. It’s also used for Natural Disaster Relief, where Acupuncturists around the world set up sites and offer NADA. NADA is a non-verbal treatment, meaning you come in, sit down and receive. It’s a gentle treatment by placing either needles or ear seeds in both your ears. Natalie needs to work on 40 people in order to complete her NADA Training, so please come and support her! Melanie Haggart will also accompany me and Heather Thompson will be observing our placement of the needles that day.

Cookies, water and tea will be provided. For parking please park on the street out front, in the back alley or down by the park. Come into the side door, take off your shoes and carry them down into the mud room. As the entrance is very small. Please come in quietly, come to the desk to your left, where donations and payment will be made and pick a seat. Please turn cell phones on DO NOT DISTURB, as clients will already be receiving treatment. We look forward to seeing you! For more information on NADA PROTOCOL please check out

Thank you,

Natalie Jensen
