Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen to them.

Massage (RMT)

Massage is perhaps one of the most commonly known methods of de-stressing, relaxing and healing. Natalie will apply various techniques of massage according to your needs. Working the muscles at a deeper level is often necessary to release the tension due to an energy stagnation that has accumulated over time.

Alternatively, a relaxation massage applies a much lighter touch, encourages blood flow to the muscles (Qi) and releases tension to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Trigger Point Release Therapy (TPRT) is a pain relief approach where a combination of specific pressure release techniques are used on the trigger point. A trigger point is a nodule in the body’s fascia (connective tissue). When the fascia is irritated and unhealthy it can feel tough and thick comparable to a knot. The knot is worked on by strategically applying pressure to the area while the patient breathes deeply to encourage oxygen flow to the muscle.

People who experience frequent headaches, migraines, have poor posture or mobility, knee pain and dizziness actually suffer from tight fascia and would also benefit from Cupping Therapy.
